- Obtaining licenses (administrative negotiations)
- Selection of competing companies vying for the work, comparative redaction.
- Coordination of team (producing framework of responsibilities)
- Act as Representative of the property, coordinator and intermediary between the property, the technical team and contracts.
- Management of the execution of the project, planning time frames and costs, budgetary control and analysis of possible diversions.
- Management of after-sales and of the quality of the execution of the project.
